Als autorisierter Trainer des "Europäischen Spezialitätenkaffee-Verbands" SCAE bieten wir folgende Seminare bzw.Kurse an:

Für professionelle Baristi

Baristaseminar Basic: Dauer: 3 Tage (im Anschluß an das Seminar besteht die Möglichkeit die Prüfung zum SCAE zertifizierten Barista Level 1 "SCAE Certified Basic Barista" abzulegen).

Baristaseminar Advanced: Dauer: 4 Tage (aufbauend auf das "Baristaseminar Basic"; im Anschluß an das Seminar besteht die Möglichkeit die Prüfung zum SCAE zertifizierten Barista Level 2 "SCAE Certified Barista" abzulegen).

Für jene Teilnehmer die keine Prüfung zum SCAE zertifizierten Barista ablegen möchten, gibt es die Möglichkeit ein SCAE Zertifikat über die Kursteilnahme zu erhalten.

Für Home-Baristi

Baristakurs Ganztags: Neben einer kurzen theoretischen Einführung in die Welt der Spezialitätenkaffees steht das Praxistraining an Espressomaschine und -mühle im Vordergrund.

Baristakurs Halbtags: Die Zubereitung des perfekten Espressos und das Schäumen von Milch sind die zentralen Themen dieses Kurses.

Anfragen bzw. Anmeldungen per e-mail an: info(at)kaffeespezialitaet.at, die Kursplätze werden in der Reihenfolge der Anmeldungen vergeben, Anmeldungen werden erst mit der Bezahlung der Kursgebühr wirksam. Die Abhaltung der angebotenen Seminare bzw. Kurse in Englisch ist auf Wunsch ebenfalls möglich. Weitere Kurse zu spezifischen Themen auf Anfrage.

As an authorized trainer of the "Speciality Coffee Association of Europe" (SCAE) we offer the following courses and workshops:

For Professional Baristi

Basic Barista Course: Duration: 3 Days (subsequently - but not as part of the course - there is the possibility to undergo the theoretical and practical examinations for SCAE Level 1 certification: "SCAE Certified Basic Barista").

Advanced Barista Course: Duration 4 Days (presupposing the "Basic Barista Course"; subsequently - but not as part of the course - there is the possibility to undergo the theoretical and practical examinations for SCAE Level 2 certification: "SCAE Certified Barista").

For participants not wanting to become SCAE certified barista, SCAE-diplomas regarding the participation of the course can be issued.

For Home-Baristi

One Day Workshop: After a brief theoretical introduction into the World of Speciality Coffee the workshop focuses on practical training with Espresso-machine and -grinder.

Half Day Workshop: Preparation of the perfect Espresso and foaming of milk are basic themes of this workshop.

Trainer: Dipl.-Ing. Dr. Walter Charzewski, Coffee-roaster, authorized SCAE-Trainer.

Booking and requests per e-mail to: info(at)kaffeespezialitaet.at, places will be issued on a "first come, first served" basis. Registrations become only valid after payment of the course-fee. Courses can be held in German or English.
